Working with you
A trusted partner for General Practice Vets, we are fully equipped to undertake advanced diagnostic, surgical and therapeutic procedures, supported by the very latest technology. We have staff on site day and night to provide round-the-clock care for inpatients and also offer an out of hours service for emergency referrals.
Or to put it simply: we provide outstanding care.
We are currently updating and improving our internal practice management systems at Davies, once installed this will enhance our service significantly. However, this may impact the availability of some routine appointments. We apologise for any inconvenience and reassure you that your pet’s or patient’s care is our primary concern. We thank you for your understanding and please call our client care team on 01582 883950 if you are concerned.
Ready to refer? Here’s how.
If you’d like to book an appointment or just want to speak to a member of our team please give us a call on 01582 883950. Alternatively you can complete an online Referral form below.
PLEASE NOTE EMERGENCY REFERRALS CAN ONLY BE MADE BY PHONE.
Emergency cases referred to Davies receive a bespoke critical care plan. All emergencies are seen by a clinician from the relevant service – usually on the same day or the next day. For emergency ICU admissions we create a unique team around the patient including; their clinician, ICU clinical lead, an ICU nurse and a member of our specialist anaesthetist team.
We’re always happy to discuss individual cases and give second opinions over the phone. After referral, we keep you fully involved in care decisions and provide regular updates on your patient’s progress throughout their treatment.
Important message for Pet Owners: Please let your clients know we do reimburse the £200 if they hold an RSA insurance policy – read more.
