Our Client Care team is available between the following hours. We are open 24/7 for emergency referrals.

Tuesday 8:30 am till 8:30 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am till 8:30 pm
Thursday 8:30 am till 8:30 pm
Friday 8:30 am till 8:30 pm
Saturday 8:30 am till 4:00 pm

Sunday 8.30 am till 12.30 pm

If you are making an emergency referral please do not use the online form. To refer an emergency call 01582 883950 and press 1. If referring an emergency out of hours, call 07870 560596.

We like to work in partnership with our referring vets and will keep you informed of your patient’s progress at every stage of treatment.

Our Specialists are always happy to offer advice on cases you are considering for referral.
