After qualifying as a Veterinary Nurse from the Royal Veterinary College in 2004, Vicki spent the next 11 years working in private practice in Luton. The role evolved from sole nurse to practice manager where she keenly worked alongside her team to build a thriving, busy practice. Vicki took great pride in growing and developing her team to provide outstanding patient care.
