Nikki Ward joined Davies in April 2018 and has always worked with customer serving roles for the past 20 years.

Nikki manages the Client Care team who are dedicated to deliver excellent customer service and experience from your initial referral to Davies and all the way through your pets journey with us.

Nikki and the Client Care Team are all passionate about animals and understand how loved they are to our clients and we adapt and deliver excellent service to our clients whilst having empathy and compassion during a worrying time for owners.

We will be on hand to help you on the phone, via email and face to face at our Reception. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions at all, as the team are all ready and willing to help our clients where we can.
