Jess qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2001, and in between Customer Service Management and Quality Assurance roles, she has always found her way back into the veterinary field.
With two house-cats and a rescue dog to look after, she finds that her own Veterinary Nurse skills still come in handy from time to time!
A big part of Jess’s role as “Business Relationship Manager” is to support our referring veterinary practices. She gathers feedback on how we can build and improve on our excellent relationship and partnership with them, shares information about upcoming CPD and webinar events, and makes sure they have everything they need to be able to make a referral to us.
