We can offer referred pet owners consultations remotely – via telephone or video

As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we are continually reviewing the resources we have available and the provision of services which are of most need to our referring vets, pet owners and their pets.

As a result, to allow us to focus our efforts on the pets in urgent need of our care, Davies Veterinary Specialists is physically open for urgent and emergency cases. For all other cases, assistance will be provided via telephone advice or video consultation, where available.

If you are a referring veterinary practice with a patient that requires a referral to us for veterinary attention, please call us.

We will be able to advise on how your patient can still receive the care they need and the steps you and your pet owner need to take.

We will contact pet owners that have been referred to arrange an initial consultation and this may be via telephone advice or video.

If you are a pet owner that has been referred, or a referring vet, and you have any questions please call us directly on 01582 883950 and we can advise you on the next steps.

Under these circumstances a video consultation can be appropriate.
