CLIENT FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR – FIXED TERM 6 MONTHS
£21,000 per annum plus great benefits.
If you are a veterinary nurse looking to move into an administration role which is still within the veterinary sector, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a member of the Client Finance Team, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient processing of insurance and invoicing tasks. Liaising with insurance companies and helping clients with billing enquiries, means you are an important point of contact for our clients.
You may already have previous experience in a fast-paced billing, finance or insurance environment but this is not essential as full training will be provided. You do need to enjoy dealing face to face with customers (who may be worried or upset and need reassurance) and be confident with telephone work. You must be passionate about pets, work to high standards and be a great team member. We are busy, so you need to enjoy working in a demanding environment, whilst still being sympathetic, caring and professional.

We are open to both full time and part time applicant covering shifts from 8.00am to 6.00pm. You will also be required to provide cover at weekends in accordance with a rota.
