At DVS, we believe that a strong nursing team is the ‘back-bone’ of a successful practice. We encourage our veterinary nurses to take a high level of responsibility for case management and strive to create a supportive environment where individual nurses are empowered to show initiative and perform to their very best.
Almost all of our nurses have been recruited from general practice. In many instances, these nurses were very senior in their practice, with years of veterinary nursing experience. We also have a number of nurses who have joined us after completing a degree in veterinary nursing. All our nurses are qualified RCVS registered or listed nurses. See our veterinary nursing jobs.

‘This video shows the work of our nursing and patient care team. Nursing supervisors Becky, Charlene and Zoe explain how the nursing team is able to deliver exceptional patient care, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with the other professionals.’
