Our dedicated and friendly customer care team of 15 work together to provide a professional service to owners and referring vets. 
They are helpful, approachable and efficient at all times to ensure that each referral runs smoothly. The majority of the customer care team have previous experience of veterinary or medical administration, and most have been veterinary nurses before becoming part of our administration team. They cover all areas of the referral process, including taking details of the referral from the local veterinary practice, arranging the appointment with the owner, welcoming the owner and their pet when they arrive for their appointment, completing and sending pet insurance forms, and sending clinical reports to vets.
