We know it’s difficult when your pet requires treatment. That’s why we have a dedicated Client Care team. They’re here to support you at every stage of the process. They’ll make sure you and your referring vet are kept informed at all times.
Our Client Care team is made up of former veterinary nurses, dedicated professionals with previous veterinary or medical administration experience and customer-focused professionals. They’re here to help you through every step of the referral process including taking details from the referring vet practice, appointment booking, welcoming you and your pet when you arrive at Davies, completing and sending pet insurance forms, and sending clinical reports to vets.
And it goes without saying that they’re always on hand to answer any questions you may have about your pet’s treatment.
