Quote I have always been interested in physiology, even as a student, and anaesthesia provides an interaction of physiology and pharmacology combined with the requirement to make appropriate and timely decisions, sometimes in difficult and potentially life threatening situations.

Being able to provide effective analgesia and supportive care such that animals recover from major procedures happy and comfortable is very rewarding. I am very proud of achieving my goal of becoming a Specialist in Veterinary Anaesthesia.
